Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Azurcrea LLC ("we", "us") handles information in the AnyCards mobile app ("the App"). We built AnyCards to be private by design: it has no user accounts, and most of your data never leaves your device.
1. Information we collect
- Stored only on your device. Your settings, selected theme, performance preferences, optional stage/spectator names, token balance, and usage counters are stored locally on your device (including the iOS Keychain). We cannot read this data.
- Usage & diagnostics (analytics). We use Amplitude to collect anonymous, aggregated usage events (e.g., which features are opened) and basic device/app information (device model, OS version, app version) to improve the App. This data is not used to identify you.
- Advertising identifiers. The free tier of the App shows ads via Google AdMob. With your permission (iOS App Tracking Transparency), Google may access your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) to deliver and measure ads. If you deny tracking, ads are shown without it.
- Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred, but we never receive or store your name, payment-card, or billing information.
We do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, precise location, or health data.
2. How we use information
- To operate and improve the App's features and performance.
- To show and measure advertising in the free tier.
- To process and restore in-app purchases.
3. Advertising & tracking
AnyCards uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform for consent. Depending on your region and
your App Tracking Transparency choice, advertising may use your IDFA and may be considered "tracking" under
Apple's definition. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and
you can reset your advertising identifier in iOS Settings. Google's handling of this data is governed by the
Google Privacy Policy and
AdMob policies.
4. Third parties we share data with
- Apple — in-app purchase processing.
- Google (AdMob & UMP) — advertising and consent.
- Amplitude — anonymous product analytics.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data retention & security
On-device data remains until you delete the App. Analytics and advertising data are retained by those providers according to their own policies. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Children
AnyCards is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g., EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. Because we hold almost no personal data, the most effective controls are on your device: deny tracking, reset your advertising identifier, or delete the App. For requests, contact us below.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.
